What if my item gets damaged?
Every booking includes a security deposit and documented condition photos at pickup and return. If something comes back damaged, report it within 48 hours — the deposit covers repair or replacement, and our support team mediates every case.
How do payouts work?
Renters pay securely through Stripe when they book. Once the rental starts, your earnings are released to your balance and paid out by direct deposit or Interac e-Transfer. You can track every dollar from your dashboard.
What can I list?
Almost anything people borrow: tools, cameras, event décor, camping and travel gear, fashion, party equipment, and more. We don't allow weapons, recalled products, or anything illegal or unsafe to share.
